Dancing in the Mooo-n Light!

Hey didle didle, the cat and his fiddle,
The COW jumped over the moon!

Sorry if you think this post is just utterly ridiculous...
I'm just trying to "milk" this old nursery rhyme for all its worth!
Actually, here is a challenge for all you poets out there! This also includes "you who are poets and don't knose its!!!"

I dare you!  Nope, I double dare, triple-dog-dare, quadruplle-cat-dare you to use the comment section below to craft a few verses of lyrics about the "COW jumping over the moon".  C'mon man! You can do it!

And please, don't make me say it, "What's the matter? Cat's got your tongue?".

Like I said above, the cat ain't got your tongue!

... Music please mistro… KC and the “Sun Life” Band:

The "cats" got the "fiddle" and...
That's the way (uh-huh uh-huh)
COW likes it (uh-huh uh-huh).

Or, how about another “Sunshine…please sunshine…hit!"

So let's do a little dance
Make a little love
Get down tonight (moo, moo)
Get down tonight (moo, moo, moo, moo)

Hit “moo-re” below if you have your “groove on” and want to catch one of COW’s shortest posts to date, "Say WHAT"?  Honest, less than 600 words!!!  It‘s a “disco” Progress Insurance thing to do!

Just ask “Flo”…she’d say, “Flow with it!”

...
Are bloggers always living in the past?

This post is about a Monday night ride ...and it is now Wednesday morning. Of course, work, and blogging, and bike rides, and bike accidents are getting in the way of my timeliness. Or, is that timelessness? Anyway...

Maybe I should have started with "micro blogging"...like how those FBers and TWITers do it (uh-huh uh-huh)!!!

Actually, this week I just quadruple... four times over... my FB friend base by hooking up with a bunch of ABCer.  ("Say WHAT!" "Why not with 'O Romeo, O Romeo?' Duh...they are to busy eating out... to micro-blog!)

Here is a ABCer "micro blog" that inspired me.....

After reading Bob's post...I checked "doppler for a clear crease" and got all giggy with it. (That means getting dressed in my biking Lycra tights and saddled up for a moon lit ride!)

At 8:47 pm -  My night commuter Miyata and me roll out the drive way to traverse a very familiar route.

North to Seasons Rd (via 6th to Wyoga) to Allen to McAulley East towards Stow. Connecting up to Fishcreek, I head southeast to Wexford...where BFF Mike B lives.

Two fold purpose of trip: 1.) Miles and exercise 2.) Observe Mike 1st Schwinn Collegiate restoration:

Mike acquired this matching set of Schwinn Collegiates
for $60 at a junk collectors back door.
Hard to see the bad tires, bad breaks,
gunky drive chains, and chrome corrosion...
but it was all bad...but promisingly good.

Wow Mike! The male version came out great...and that's no bull. You could ride that "five speed" just about anywhere!

Wait Mike, wait!  Ah c'mon man!  Come back home Mike...I can't stay late. The "Mrs" will be worried about me being in a ditch some where....

Mike come HOME!

Okay. That's more like it.
Say where did you get those white trunks?
  Been moon bathing lately?

I hope Mike can be a "guess blogger" here to walk us through his process steps...when he tackles the remaining female ride restoration.

Don't forget to spin your poetic yarns below...in the comment section!  You can do it!

Here is the full nursery rhyme to inspire you. (Be a good sport...COW has comment moderation powers!)

Hey diddle diddle,
The Cat and the fiddle,
The Cow jumped over the moon,
The little Dog laughed to see such sport,
And the Dish ran away with the Spoon

Remember:  Ride Safe!  (back home by 11:15pm)
